At Friendly Dog Collars, we want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused collar or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item is free of pet hair.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
